What we intend to sell
Our initial planned offering is individually identified, AI-generated digital artwork represented by non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Every listing, when made available, will specify the exact blockchain, smart contract, token identifier, price, included digital files, applicable taxes and buyer terms. Artworks are offered individually, not as an obligatory 15-piece package. Software applications, AI tools and other digital products are planned future product categories, not currently available for order.
Token and image rights
Ownership of an NFT means ownership of that specific blockchain token once a valid transfer is confirmed. It does not automatically convey copyright, exclusivity over the associated image, ownership of the underlying intellectual property, or a right to prohibit others from using similar images. The artwork is AI-generated, and no exclusive copyright in the wholly AI-generated image is promised. Any limited permission to download or use files will be specified in the final listing terms before a purchase.
Purchase, payment and tax
Purchases are disabled while merchant approval, listings, fulfillment and tax configuration are completed. We will display the final amount and any applicable taxes before taking a payment. We will not request card numbers, private wallet keys or recovery phrases over email. No purchase should be attempted by sending cryptocurrency directly to a wallet address shown in unsolicited messages.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Before checkout is enabled, we will publish a product-specific delivery and refund policy explaining expected delivery timing, failed transfers, mistaken orders, cancellation eligibility and treatment of irreversible blockchain transfers, subject to applicable consumer law and payment-provider requirements. No currently purchasable product or blanket refund promise is offered on this site.
Risk and representations
NFTs are digital collectibles, not investments. We do not promise appreciation, resale liquidity, earnings, exclusive copyright, or future utility. Prospective buyers should read each final listing carefully and independently verify token details.
